How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on unopened and defective media within 14 days of purchase. Due to the nature of physical media, opened items that are not defective cannot be returned.
Do you buy used record collections?
Yes! We are always looking for high-quality used CDs, LPs, and DVDs. Please bring your collection to our storefront during regular business hours for an appraisal.
Can I pre-order upcoming releases?
Absolutely. Pre-ordering ensures you receive a copy on release day. If a pre-order includes an exclusive variant or signed item, it will be clearly marked on the product page.
How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl records to prevent corner dings and warping during transit.
